Maddie has been teaching yoga for 10 years throughout Canada, the USA, and Mexico.

After initially training in Power Vinyasa, her curiosity led her to study other styles such as Iyengar, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin, and Bhakti. Her classes are a unique blend of physical challenge, precise alignment, music, meditation, and breath cues to deepen connection to self.

her background in climbing gives her a keen appreciation of how yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques enhance mind-body connection and improve athletic performance.
